MISSION:
Our Mission is to create a platform for young ladies to showcase there GOD- given talents to the world. By aiding these young ladies with the progression of their gifts we intend to instill in them core concepts and values that fuel there drive and determination to fulfill their dream of becoming a viable force in the cosmetology industry.
Vision:
Our vision is to establish a network of well-versed and exceptionally talented hairstylist that will change the way the world views hair maintenance. We envision a working relationship with past participants that will be resourceful to prospective students. Students will learn the necessary hair techniques to perfect there craft, but most importantly, they will become capable and respected professionals in the industry. Ultimately our goal is to stimulate growth through the early success of our pilot programs to become one of the largest private hair institutions in the nation.
